SECTION 1: INVITATION LETTER TO SUBMIT BIDS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE TENDER for the supply of the following Lots for the NGO "ECO LOIHA"in Tajikistan under a Long-Term Agreement (2025–2026):

·        LOT 1 – PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES

·        LOT 2 – SUPPLY OF STATIONERY ITEMS

·        LOT 3 – PROVISION OF VENUES FOR SEMINARS

·        LOT 4 – PROVISION OF SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETATION EQUIPMENT SERVICES

The Public Organization “ECO LOIHA” hereby invites potential bidders to submit their applications for participation in the tender in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the contract and the List of Requirements set forth in this Invitation to Tender (ITT).

To submit a bid, please carefully review the following attached documents:

Proposals received after the deadline for submission, for any reason, will not be considered.
