On 24 January of the current year, in accordance with the instructions and directives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, as well as within the framework of the ongoing initiatives of the Chairman of the National Council of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan and Chairman of the city of Dushanbe, His Excellency Rustam Emomali, and in preparation for the ceremonial celebration of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, landscaping and tree-planting activities were carried out at the Agency for Hydrometeorology under the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The event saw the active participation of the Agency’s management and staff, who, with a strong sense of patriotism and commitment to aesthetic improvement, planted shade and ornamental trees. This initiative contributed to enhancing the environmental conditions and further greening the Agency’s premises.
This activity forms part of nationwide landscaping and greening programmes and is aimed at improving the environmental situation, as well as fostering a culture of careful and responsible attitude toward the environment.
