On March 7 this year in the assembly hall of the Agency for Hydrometeorology of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has been held the ceremonial meeting dedicated to the international women's holiday "March 8 - Mother's day", in which all structures of the Agency participated.
The Agency Director Qurbonzoda A.H. delivered an opening speech and congratulated all female employees of the Agency and all Mothers of the country on the International Women's Day, where he emphasized the following - "The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan shows great interest in raising the status of women in various spheres of public life. Dignified women of our country are the embodiment of wisdom and knowledge, good manners and morality, prosperity in everyday life and play an important role in the development of society. The founder of national peace and unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon emphasizes the creative role of women in the country. The greatness of a woman-mother is embodied, first of all, in the fact that she is a consolidator in creating a family, in procreation, an educator of children, as well as a keeper of national language, culture, history and at the same time she achieves success in professional and public activities, discovering her unique abilities and skills. And the role of the women employees of the Agency in the field of hydrometeorology is not an exception.
At the end of the meeting, absolutely all female employees of the Agency for Hydrometeorology were awarded with commemorative gifts.
