The role and status of the Great Leader of the Nation have been pivotal in these transformations.
Throughout this time, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, and President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, has consistently relied on the country's talented youth and has given special attention to supporting state youth policy during the nation-building process. As is known, given the active role of youth in the development of beloved Tajikistan, the Leader of the Nation, respected Emomali Rahmon, declared 2017 the "Year of Youth" in Tajikistan. Since then, Youth Day has been celebrated annually on May 23.
We must not forget that the progress of the state and the bright future of the Motherland directly depend on the level of knowledge and education of the youth. After all, illiteracy, ignorance and superstition bring only misfortune to a person and become the cause of the backwardness of society and the decline of the state. The goal of all measures taken is to increase the level of literacy and education of young people, continuously improve the quality of education and train personnel who meet the requirements of the time.

Therefore, we, the youth and all citizens of the country, must be diligent in implementing the instructions outlined in the next Message from the Great Leader of the Nation, the respected Emomali Rahmon, and contribute, even in small ways, to the prosperity of our beloved Tajikistan.
Together, we will continue to demonstrate to the Great Leader of the Nation that we are proud of our worthy Leader, remain loyal to him, and support his wise and far-sighted policy. Following his example, we strive to develop constructively and creatively, and to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan with meaningful achievements.
