In this regard, I urge all relevant structures to expand scientific and practical activities in this area, as well as to present their achievements widely in the international arena. The issues of glacier conservation, the study of cryosphere sciences, and the implementation of Tajikistan's international initiatives in the field of water resources and climate are of strategic and global importance."
