On June 7, 2013, the Director of the Agency for Hydrometeorology Qurbonzoda Abdullo Habibullo met with the Director General of the Center for Meteorological Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan Habibulloev Sherzod Khabibullohujaevich and the Director of the Research Institute of Meteorology and Hydrometeorology under the Republican Center for Meteorology and Hydrometeorology.
The guests were welcomed on the premises of the Agency by the management and staff in accordance with national traditions. The guests were informed about the plans and achievements of the Meteorological Agency, which are supported by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. The delegation visited the Meteorological Center, Automated Communication Center, Small Meteorological Studio and other centers and departments.
During the meeting the issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of meteorological information, hydrology, exchange of experience and professional development of staff have been considered.
