On September 6 this year, in the assembly hall of the Agency for Hydrometeorology of the Committee for Environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, in honor of the 31st anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, a solemn meeting was held in which representatives of the Majlisi Milli, Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Republic of Tajikistan, the People's Democratic Party of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also Deputy Director of the Agency for Hydrometeorology of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Sheralizoda B.A., heads of all subdivisions of the Committee, management and authorities of all infrastructures of the Agency and representatives of the mass media of the republic.
First of all, Deputy Director of the Agency for Hydrometeorology of the Committee for Environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Sheralizoda B.A. made an opening speech, welcomed and congratulated those present at the meeting on this holiday. Sheralizoda B.A. in his speech, he noted: “The daily efforts of the Leader of the Nation in the revival and development of independent Tajikistan, his unique activity on the world stage made Emomali Rahmon the beloved Leader of the nation and an outstanding world leader of the 21st century and a source of pride for every Tajik.
Perhaps, in the light of independence, under the leadership of the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, the atmosphere of peace, unity, creativity and constructiveness in the country will remain stable.”
Veterans and activists in the field of the environment for labor achievements were awarded the medals "Honored Worker", "Honorary Worker of the Environment" and diplomas of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Also, the winners of the republican competition "Glaciers of Tajikistan, a source of drinking water in Central Asia" were awarded diplomas and certificates of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
