On 22 December 2022 in the Agency for Hydrometeorology of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan a round table discussion: "Gender inclusive policy of the personnel department of the Agency for Hydrometeorology" was held.
The organizer of the event was the project "Management of water resources in the Panj River basin" (additional funding). Yadgarova Lola, Social Development Specialist, made a presentation on the project to discuss the project as a whole, which will reflect the gender equality of social status of employees of the Agency, as well as to familiarize with the "Code of Conduct", which will be designed for Agency staff and contractors who cooperate with it. Specialists of the Agency's divisions took part in the discussion of the draft. It should be noted that after the additions and amendments, this project will be approved as a document on personnel gender policy to improve the social status of the Agency employees. The document is designed for 3 years.
