On January 31 of this year, the Agency for Hydrometeorology of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan held a meeting to prepare for the celebration of national holidays, during which the management and female employees of the Agency took part.
The meeting was opened with an introductory speech by Deputy Director of the Agency for Hydrometeorology Baidulloeva J.A. and on behalf of the Agency's management expressed gratitude to the women employees for their contribution to the implementation of state policy in the field of hydrometeorology, and called on those present to contribute to the development of the industry, as an enlightened lady with patriotic views of society.
Dear Baidulloeva J.A. in particular noted that the number of female employees in the structure of the Agency for Hydrometeorology is 242 people, of whom 24 women function in senior positions, which is 11% of the total number of women, which is one of the direct indicators that make up their number in the leadership of state structures, which emphasizes the policy countries in relation to women.
The main part of the women employees of the Agency for Hydrometeorology currently, with great perseverance and dedication to their work, carries out decent activities in various areas, including personnel management, record keeping, documentation, weather forecasting, in agrometeorology, hydrology, monitoring air and water quality, etc. It is gratifying to note that from year to year the ranks of women leaders in all areas of hydrometeorological activity are gradually growing.
At the end of the meeting, Deputy Director Baidulloeva J.A. emphasized that in order to fulfill the instructions and instructions of the country's leadership, women employees of the Agency for Hydrometeorology are invited to make a worthy contribution to promoting and encouraging the policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of hydrometeorology, taking into account the celebration of the international holiday “Navruz”, customs and ancestral rituals, in particular including wearing national clothes at a high level.
